Hi folks, this is a post that we didn’t really want to make, but we feel it needs addressing & it has happened too many times now. She has been doing this since she opened her doors a couple of years ago.
The dog groomer (Canine Vogue) next to the barbershop has been stealing our customers from us, we know it’s not our customers fault, as sometimes our new & loyal regular customers send another person to drop off their dog & it’s the responsibility of the groomers at the other salon to make the customer aware of the mistake.
Whenever one of her customers makes the same mistake with us, we send them over to her & don’t pretend we don’t know who’s booked in as we run a professional salon.
If everyone could make sure that if someone else is dropping off their pooch, that we are the salon next to the bargain shop & not the one next to the barbers with no respect for other people’s businesses.
At the end of the day, it’s a financial & time loss for us here at Woof Brush & we have put up with it too long.
