ALL BEHAVIOUR ISSUES/ AGGRESSION MUST BE DISCLOSED UPON BOOKING AND PRIOR TO APPOINTMENTS, for the safety of groomer and the dog.
ALL NEW CLIENTS SIGN A DISCLAIMER AGREEING TO DISCLOSE ANY RECORD OF ANY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR, all groomers appreciate the honesty and heads up before any grooming or handling (then we can take measures to protect our selves and our clients). Thank you ⭐️

POLICIES;

PAYMENTS;
all appointments are now required to be paid in cash upon collection of their dogs (unless agreed otherwise prior to appointments)

POLITE REMINDER;
appointment must be paid in full amount on the day of the appointment (if cancelled/no show or rescheduled with in 24hours of appointment)
If you need to change appointments please give as much notice as possible but with in 24hours of appointment will be charged in full and no further appointments shall be scheduled until paid.

due to this: deposits must be paid to secure all appointments

❌TEMPERAMENT/AGGRESSION:
Must always be truthfully given in detail upon booking and prior to appointment, for safety of the dog and groomer!
