Well , that’s another year done and dusted !🎄

We want to thank all our amazing customers for all the support we’ve had in yet another busy year and even busier December. We would also like to thank everyone for all our lovely gifts,cards,tips and treats. They are all very much appreciated ☺️
We are now closed for a much needed break and will be back to it on Friday 3rd January.
We wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year !!🎅🏻🎄

Hi everyone,
Just a little notice. We are currently away and are closed this week. All messages will be answered when we are back open on the 18th. ☺️🐾

From 1st February all cancellations that are less than 24 hours notice or no shows will be charged for the full groom.
We will be taking 50% deposit when booking your next appointment, this can be done through bank transfer or calling into to the salon.

All dogs that are matted or have a few matts in may need to be cut shorter. We always try to get out what we can but this is not always possible due to the tightness of the knots, too many knots or the dog becoming too stressed.
It is not good practice to allow a dog to leave with knots or for the welfare of the dog therefore please ensure you have either brushed your fury friend before their appointment or agree to the above.
Sorry for the rant, unfortunately this is happening more often and is a big financial loss for a small business. hope you all understand.

We are having a few problems with signal at the moment. The best way to contact us is through message and we will pick it up as soon as signal becomes available.
Due to signal issues we are asking for cash payment where possible.
