Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Hello everyone!

Due to the last few weeks, unfortunately we will be implementing a late cancellation and no-show fee.

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have historically been flexible in our approach. However, the increasing costs and associated labour expenses have rendered this policy necessary.

As a courtesy, we will endeavour to contact you 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm the time and date. Kindly inform us promptly if you are unable to attend.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge on the grooming price. Recurring no-shows will incur a full charge.

We are very busy and no shows mean we are not always able to fit in someone else on the cancellation list last minute, so the appointment then goes to waste.

This was something that we never wanted to enforce but due to 10 slots being wasted over the last few weeks, we have been left no choice.

We appreciate your understanding and support for our small business.

At the minute we are booking up 4-5 weeks in advance. If you can, we would advise to book at least two appointments ahead to avoid disappointment.

If anyone is interested in booking for the rest of the year, please message and I will try to accommodate your preferred day and time.

I do have a cancellation list but one is not always guaranteed. Please know if you do have to cancel you may have to wait 4-5 weeks before I can fit you in again 😫

From the 1st April 2025 there will be a slight price increase on some services. This will range from £2-£3.
With the cost of shampoos, heating , electricity, supplies, sharpening and servicing of equipment costs increasing, I have made the decision for a slight price increase so we can keep continuing to use the best products for your pups🐾.
