Labrador

This incredibly popular breed is originally from Canada. They are very kind natured and easily trained.

They are commonly used for gun dogs, guide dogs and therapy dogs!

Labs come in a variety of colours, but the most common are Yellow, Black and Chocolate 😊

They live 10 to 12 years and are brilliant family pets !!

If you have been on our page for awhile then you will recognise Nikita. She is one of the most photogenic dogs I have ever met, but dont let that sweet face kid you! Nikita is known for her half inching tendencies. She WILL eat through your pocket to get to treats, and she knows exactly where all food and treats are stored!

Marcus was 6 yesterday,he had a special breakfast and tea. Due to previous offal complaints I'll not share the detail. He Spent most of the day attempting to undo my attempts to warm up the house.

Lola is an absolute cracker! Do not tell this lady that she is old, she thoroughly believes she is a puppy! Not only does she have the look of a puppy, she also had the energy! She can give the young lads a run for their money, there is a reason we call her Flash!!

Lets Talk Food 🍲

What do you feed your dog?
How much do you feed your dog?
How often do you feed your dog ?

These are all incredibly important questions we will ask you when you come to the kennels, why ? Because every dog is different !

For example, Honey my 9 year old Labrador gets 300g of senior food spread out over the day in 4 seperate meals. This is because she eats too fast and makes herself sick, also at her age she ideally shouldn't go more that 12 hours without food.
However, Ernie, one of the kennel regulars only gets one meal a day, at tea time. Our boys Finn and Ollie get two meals a day, but Finn gets a mixture of wet and dry food and Ollie just gets kibble.
And well Marcus gets raw food with his kibble, his favourite being Chicken or Lamb Livers!

Any and all diets are catered for at the kennels! So lets normalises non normal dog diets, what does your pouch eat ??
