BAD NEWS AND GOOD NEWS:
We would like to thank all of our wonderful clients for their continued support and would like to share our exciting plans over the next few months.
Due to a huge surge in demand, we have temporarily closed our books to new client registrations ( the bad news) but don't worry, we have a waiting list that you can join ( good news) We know that this will be a disappointment to those wanting to join/switch quickly but we need to ensure that we have sufficient appointments available for our existing client base and protect the quality of the service that we provide. We will open our books again as soon as feasible ( more good news).
Today the practice has just started an exciting new phase of building work ( even more good news) which includes the addition of further consult rooms, a bereavement room, additional reception space, a 2nd operating theatre, dental suite and further dog/cat wards. Who would have thought that we would be enlarging the practice to this degree when we only opened in August 2023? We thank all of you who have joined our Carewell journey so far and we look forward to welcoming more of you after this brief pause. With the very best of wishes from the whole Carewell team.
