This is explained within my Terms & Conditions and forms part of how I manage my business responsibly.
Records are kept for an appropriate and necessary period to help safeguard Jem’s Pet Services and myself, as well as my customers and the pets in my care. This means that messages and other relevant communications may be retained even if an enquiry doesn’t result in a booking.
