Could I please make customers aware that when arriving to my property to please ether park on my driveway or out on the road, iv had a number of people park over the path and a few residents have complained. Also Could you please not walk across my front garden and across my neighbours garden, please walk down the drive and use the path. Thank you 😊

Morning everyone, can I please remind all that are booked in from now and up to Christmas that this is my very busy time where I have just a short breather between dogs, so could you all please be prompt in dropping dogs off and picking up please.

Good afternoon everyone 🙂🐾

Please can I provide a gentle reminder to you all.. as much as I really enjoy chatting to you, please note I sometimes do not have the time to do this as my next dog is due in straight after your dogs groom has finished.

There have been times recently where I have been unable to clean the room, get a drink or go to the loo because we run over and the next dog has arrived straight away, so please can you drop off and pick up promptly. That would be much appreciated.

Regarding payment, all grooms are to now be paid for when picking your dogs up (or before if you wish). I have unfortunately had to chase numerous payments up in the last two weeks where people have told me they will pay me when they get home, but then I don't receive the payment. If you need to do a bank transfer, this can be done when you collect your dog so I know the payment has been sent, or you can pay cash if you prefer.

I hope you understand and I look forward to seeing you and your dogs again soon. Laura 🐾🐶
