Our beautiful detached holiday cottage set in its own two acres on the Lincolnshire coast will be available to rent from 12th April ( single family bookings as per covid regulations )
Beautiful, quiet location, 5 mins drive from shops, 20 mins drive from several beaches.
Dog friendly downstairs for two well behaved dog’s. Two bedrooms (sleeps 4 ) two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with electric range for cooking.
3 nights £395 Fri-Mon
4 nights £495 Mon-Fri
7 nights £650
Christmas and New Year £150 extra.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming guests again to our little bit of heaven 😍🐺💕

Our beautiful little bit of heaven, ready for our next guests 😊. We really do have the most wonderful people staying here who clearly love and care for the place as much as we do! I want to say thank you to you and also to Alison who helps me, we are quite a team I think 😍xx

I haven’t posted about my dog business for some time so thought I should now let you all know my plans 😊. When lockdown began I was devastated, Rosie and I had worked so hard to build up Wendy Poppins and it all ended overnight. However, with time we both began to find that every cloud does indeed have a silver lining!
Rosie has started her own business, Iron Rose doing ironing and alterations and I have been concentrating on our dog friendly holiday cottage...both our ventures are doing well 😍!
I am still doing walking and day care Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday with lovely walks and lots of playtime and activities with me on our land but have decided not to continue with home boarding or having visiting dogs to our home or garden.
My dogs are so much happier not having to share their home and I must put their well being first, they’re not with us long enough to do anything else 💕
Rosie is also covering walks on Mondays and Fridays for me when needed. My working area is Witham and South Hykeham.

Arrived minutes ago to get our holiday let ready for our first guests since before lockdown. I’m really looking forward to getting going again and this lot aren’t complaining either 😍💕🐺🐶

Arrived at The School House, the dogs are all settled in and I’ve reproofed my walking boots to hit the beach 😜🐺💕
We are taking bookings although not back to back to ensure time for a several day lapse and a spotless turnaround as always ofcourse 😍.
