Tilly's Tea & Gift Shop is an amazing place, the owner cares so much about her customers and she has lots of wonderful gifts created by some very talented local people. Do give it a try if you're in the area. A cup of tea and a slice of cake to pass away a bit of "me" time. 💕💕

Not sure why, but today I’m feeling a-bit bummed out.
Sometimes the weight of running a place in the hospitality sector, can just lean a bit too hard on me. And today is one of those.

So many places are shutting because of crippling costs, and it’s so gutting to see.

We all work so hard to create amazing spaces for customers. And it’s a hamster wheel!

It’s a constant trying to figure out how to get people to visit, to find out about us etc.
marketing is a whole job on its own!

I am so proud of what Tilly’s achieves, but sometimes it’s scary.
