🐾 Cancellations 🐾

A polite reminder.... If you cancel on the day of your appointment it is still full payment.

As a one to one groomer I block my time out for your dog, if you cancel on the day I'm sat twiddling my thumbs as I can't always fill that appointment.

Any cancellations within a 48 hour period, it is still 50% payment.
