Lockhart k9 Services k9 patrol & response all teams are deployed inline with bs8517 and are assessed in house on a monthly basis inline with nasdu guidelines.

Currently the only security company in the country with an in-house nasdu instructor insuring adherence to current legislation and acs and iso adherence to British standards. All training is based on operational use of guard dogs and from decades of experience in this sector not sport based training or testing.

We've decided to make our training in-house only, we will no longer be offering training services of any kind to the public.

We provisionally have 1 space available on a nasdu level 2 general purpose security doghandler course running 6th - 12th January

The nasdu level 2 course is a minium of 60 hours including a mix of theory and practical learning in accordance with relevant laws and acts to the security and security dog handling role including bs8517 and the guard dog act designed to produce professional dog handlers who are prepared for all aspects of the role and the knowledge required to adhere to the law while performing the role.

Teams certs, ct and quarterly assessment will also be available during the course

Orchards security back in again this week with another full course

this is the second course we've ran for orchard security after there first staff went through 2 months ago.

today topics include of searching for a hidden intruder in the woods.

side note if all students pass this will give Orchard security more qualified handlers on staff than any other company in n.i/ireland including ourselves.
