Neither of them are very good at mutual grooming so they take a while to get the spots they want doing

Upset every horse today well and truly!

Yesterday ordered my wormers for them and they arrived today Awsome service there from VioVet so everyone was weight taped and wormed they were not thrilled by that at all!

Then I put Jessie’s new muzzle on! Finally got one to fit! She is not happy at all but needs must as she is so over weight! So she has a new PONY size muzzle to help reduce her grass intake.

Last nights beautiful evening doing the horses, first night with no rugs! What a beautiful, warm evening.

I find it rather comforting and satisfying that my horses choose to chill out around me, when I’m just chilling in the sun enjoying a quick breather between fencing 🤺
Daisy and the donkey decided to come and chill next to me, not always touching but certainly being very close, they can choose to be where ever they want in the 8 acre field they don’t have to be anywhere near me, even crystal was lingering in the background, and I find that very special that these horses 🐴 choose to be near you after how they have previously been treated by humans, they really are special.

We will miss him but this is what we love rehoming horses so we can help the next one.
