*A Goodbye from Kesia’s Groom Room*
I would like to start off by saying thank you so much to everyone for your custom and patience over the years, it is more appreciated than you know.
I have unfortunately made the difficult decision to close Kesia’s Groom Room as I have taken on a new job and it’s just not feasible to keep the groom room open part-time as I had originally planned. I will be closing the doors on the 28th of February and it will definitely be an emotional couple of weeks leading up to this. I’m so sorry for any worries and stress this news may bring as I know changing groomers can be stressful.
I will always treasure the privilege of being trusted with your furry family members, I will miss every single one of them, some of whom I’ve known since they were born! I will also miss you, their owners. You are the people I spend every day chatting to and I will miss hearing all about you and your pup. I have always done my best to treat all my doggy customers as if they were my own and have loved seeing their personalities flourish!
I have done my best to message everyone who has their dog booked in and all of my regulars to let them know privately, I sincerely apologise if I have missed you. If you have any worries or concerns please feel free to message me! It will be business as usual until the end of the month.
Lastly I would like give a massive thanks to my gran Margaret Hewitt I couldn’t have done any of this without you! My gran has been my cleaner, dog whisperer, and seamstress and shoulder to cry on all in one and all the dogs love her! Maybe now she will finally rest🤣and also to Mari who has been the biggest help the past few months and is a natural with the dogs!
Kesia’s Groom Room wouldn’t have been possible without all of you and has been the best unexpected adventure, while not without its hard points🤣 and I can’t wait to see what the next adventure brings! I wish everyone of you and your pups all the best for the future💕
