Today I will definately not be blow drying the dogs
If ur dog is elderly I would advise leaving ur dogs appointment until weather cools down

This coming week is looking hot , to avoid any dogs overheating I will not be used the hot air dryers , they will be blasted and towel dried
If this mean you want to change ur appointment please get in touch

Also do not take your dog for walks before grooming any dog coming in panting heavily will be refused their appointment but you will have to still pay for it take ur dog in garden before coming so they can go p**p or wee

If ur only mode of transport is car with no air conditioning in or walking to me please re arrange ur appointment

My air con unit will be set up but it still gets warm. So these rules apply for ur dogs health and safety

Three no show this weeks makes a huge impact on my earnings

As of 1 st June I will be sending out reminders two days before ur appointment to all of those
That I have correct contact details for.

If the appointment is missed after a reminder has been sent out I will require the full appointment fee
Before you dog is rebooked

Having to do this is making my working day even longer
But something I’m going to have to do to try and avoid the loss in earnings
Very frustrating whilst I’m turning new customers away

Yesterday we went to the waterfall in tintagel (Cornwall )
Nearly killed me walking up all those steps 😮‍💨
Rodney and Margot loved it , think Rodney had more pictures taken of him than the waterfall did , the tourists love a poodle you’d of thought he was famous ….poor Margot will get a complex at this rate
