As some of you may have noticed, as of today we have made quite a large change to Bioactive Herps. We have taken the decision that rather than run the Bioactive Herps website alongside the Buzzard Reptile one, it would make for a better customer experience to combine the two.
You can still access the site via www.bioactiveherps.co.uk, but it will automatically redirect to a landing page on Buzzard Reptile.
From here, you will still be able to order all of your favourite Bioactive Herps products (the Bio Boost Range, Bioactive Herps Substrates etc), but it will also give access to the huge range of other products available from Buzzard (A wider variety of Livefoods and other Inverts, our Herbie Mix Range, Custom Aquaria enclosures, a range of Aquatics products and much more!)
We hope that this is an improvement and an easy transition for all, but would love to hear any feedback you may have.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKES

With Royal Mail confirming 4 strike days over the coming few weeks, all being spaced out either side of the Bank Holiday, unfortunately it results in a number of days that we will be unable to post out. The following days, we will be unable to post out any orders:

Thurs 25th August
Friday 26th
Monday 29th (Bank Holiday)
Wednesday 31st
Wednesday 7th September
Thursday 8th
Friday 9th

Whilst we appreciate the inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately this is a situation outside of our control. We will do all we can to ensure this situation flows as smoothly as possible, but please be aware that the backlog caused by these strikes may cause a slight delay in our processing of your orders, not to mention potentially a delay in delivery by Royal Mail whilst they play catch up.

Thermostats save money and lives in the long run.
In these extreme temperatures please make sure your reptile temperatures are correct and always have access to clean drinking water, we advise all reptiles to have a thermostat and with the ever increasing energy bills you will even save some money in the long run 😀
