All those connectors are causing it to leak at a rate of 1 litre per hour 💰😭 so we need to get it replaced & properly insulated ASAP!

✔️ Your gate access code
✔️ Payment confirmation
✔️ Site-specific access information, location details, and reminders for your visit

Please take a moment to check your confirmation carefully when it arrives to make sure all details are correct.

⚠️ No confirmation email?
If you haven’t received one shortly after booking, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can check that your booking has gone through successfully.

Please wear wellies, dress for the conditions, and expect muddy dogs after your visit.

A Gentle Reminder for Stress-Free Field Time🐾

Keeping our fields safe and stress-free for every dog is really important to us 💚

Many dogs who use our fields can be reactive or nervous, so smooth handovers between bookings help everyone feel secure.

A few gentle reminders:
✅ Please arrive and leave promptly at your booked time
✅ Your session runs from the booking start time, not your arrival time
✅ Please wait in your car and do not enter the car park or field until the previous customer has fully left
✅ Never enter the dog field until it is completely vacated

We include a 5-minute buffer between bookings to give you time to exit calmly and avoid any crossover.

These points are part of our Terms & Conditions and help us keep the fields safe, secure, and enjoyable for all 🐕✨
