It’s just one more sleep before our runners tackle Bath Half Marathon tomorrow 💤💤

Willberry and his pal Raceberry are keeping hooves crossed that they all come home with a (no doubt tired..) smile 😃 Oh and that he doesn’t eat all their celebratory cake before they finish… 🍰🐷🏃🏽‍♀️

I wanted to let you know that the Hannah’s Willberry Wonder Pony Charity stand will be at Southfield from 1:30 today, with a broad range of Willberry’s goodies for sale.

Many of you know the special connection between Hannah Francis, founder of the charity, and Wylye. Hannah was a long-term member of Wylye and a much-loved young instructor and founded her charity in 2016 after being diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer, osteosarcoma. Hannah wanted to fund research into this dreadful disease (Willberry’s Research) and provide equine experiences to seriously ill people and their families (Willberry’s Wishes). She was determined to help others in the future and tragically lost her fight in August 2016, aged just 18 years old. Her charity has since raised more than £2 million and is run entirely by volunteers.

Hannah’s grandmother, June, will be bringing the stand today so please welcome her and help Hannah’ charity by treating yourself to a Willberry pony or one of many fabulous things.

The Willberry Showjump has been having a busy time lately, having been at both Bicton Arena for Bicton International Horse Trials and also at Bath & West Shows. Hannah's Willberry Wonder Pony patron Kitty King Eventing is showing us how to jump it in style! Thank you to Hannah Cole Photography for the photo.

So where will Willberry be next? At the Hannah Francis One Day Event of course! We can't wait to see all our competitors enjoying jumping this fantastic fence on Sunday 2 July!

The support Bicton Arena has shown to Hannah and her charity over the years has been incredible, and this year was no different.

Before the event kicked off last weekend, the wonderful Mary King held an official XC course walk of the 4*S course in aid of Hannah's Willberry Wonder Pony.

The sun shone brightly (as did the smiles!) for a fabulous course walk around the beautifully presented fences.

Huge thank you to Bicton for your unwavering support (including having Willberry's jump standing proud in the main arena 😍😍). Thank you also to Mary and all those who attended the course walk.
