Coveniently located at Dobbies Garden Centre, just off the A6 in Rothley, The Dog Parlour offers convenient free car parking, a warm, clean, state of the art salon, complete with fully qualified stylists & groomers utilizing the very latest equipment. Your best friend is truly ‘safe in our hands’ and will love the experience overall. They will be ready for collection looking stunning in their new hair style, bandana and adorned in the very latest special canine fragrance!! How decandent!!! A Mother’s Day poem from your pup

To the one who fills my bowl each day,
And walks me when we go out to play.
Who brushes knots and scrubs me clean,
So I can strut and smell serene…

To the lap that’s always warm and kind,
The treats you sneak, you never mind.
You know just where to scratch my ears,
And soothe away my puppy fears.

You buy me toys, you throw the ball,
You catch me when I slip or fall.
Your cuddles are my favourite thing,
(Okay… that and the chicken wing.)

So thank you, Mum, for all you do,
For every sniff and snuggle too.
You’re my whole world, it’s simply true…
Happy Mother’s Day, from me to you!

A Very Merry Christmas & Healthy and Prosperous New Year is wished to you all

As The Dog Parlour makes ready for a hugely deserved Festive break I wanted to take the opportunity of sending all our Love and very Best Wishes to my loyal and committed customers and perhaps more importantly our extra special four legged guests for their unending support over 2024!

Whilst we truly love what we do and absolutely do best, we wouldn’t be anything without you all! As we pull down the blinds, close off the lights to enjoy this short break with families and friends I am personally super excited to begin my 11000 mile adventure to Australia in January to be present for the Birth of my first Grandson! Naturally and as always I shall be leaving you all in the fabulous and amazing hands of my Dog Parlour Team – You know you will always be in loving, talented and caring hands and of course I cannot wait to share my adventures and photographs with you all once I’m back.
