Missed appointments.

We appreciate things come up that are out of our control and we are very understanding however, if we do not receive notice of at least 24hours we will now been taking payment for the missed appointment. We had 3 no shows in the last week costing us £150. This is a lot for our small business. If you miss an appointment with no communication we will be requesting a deposit of £20 for all future appointments with us.

•Medium dogs (spaniels, cockapoos etc) From £40
•Large dogs (german sheps, husky’s,akitas,chows etc) From £50

•Additional matting charge +£10.
•Flea charge +£10
