Good morning everyone and happy Christmas Eve.

I want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone who has supported not only Birstall Pet Supplies but also me through one of my hardest years personally. Your custom and friendship has helped get me through.

I would also like to thank to thank those that have helped keep the business going, Tyler, Rob, my parents and also my in laws. You have truly been there for me and I am forever grateful.

I want to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas I hope you all have the best time ever and i look forward to seeing you all in the new year.

We are open again on Monday 29th but please bare with us as we replenish stock.

Hope everyone is doing ok on a wet miserable Monday morning…

Please be aware below are our opening hours over the Christmas period.

We are also still experiencing high levels of requests for deliveries, could I please ask again wherever possible that you come into the shop to collect as we do reserve deliveries for those that are physically unable to get in to us. This is a service we have never charged for and I rely soley on family members.

We are in full swing with plenty of Christmas toys, treats and stockings for your furry babies… so please do come down and have a look

It has been brought to my attention that there is a website using our business information including phone number and address. I am trying to dispute this and have the site taken down. We do not have an online store at present and the one that is live has no affiliation to the shop..

Good Afternoon Everyone, I do hope you are all enjoying this glorious weather and all your fur babies are coping.

Thought I would come on here to let you all know that from Tuesday 24/6/2025 to Wednesday 2/7/2025 we will only be offering local essential deliveries due to personal commitments. The shop will be open as normal 😊😊

Hi, I personally wanted to thank everyone for the continued support over the last few weeks. I would also like to thank my family and friends who have helped me keep the shop open during a very difficult time.

I am hoping to be back working more hours myself from next week.

However with circumstances changing and the increasing cost of deliveries, a service we have never charged for. I kindly ask wherever possible if you are able to come into the shop to collect I would be most grateful. We will continue to do essential deliveries, but the days and spaces will be limited.

Also the shop will be open but there will be no deliveries 26th May - 31st May

I am looking forward to seeing everyone again ☺️☺️

Hi, first of all I wanted to say sorry for not being as active on our social media in 2025 and thank you to all the loyal customers who have continued to support us…
I am hoping in the coming weeks and months I will get back in the flow of it.

But if I could make you all aware of our Easter Opening Hours

We will be open as usual Monday - Thursday
Good Friday - CLOSED
Saturday - 9.30 - 3.30
Sunday - CLOSED
Easter Monday - CLOSED

We will then open as normal from the Tuesday onwards..

Hi, late to the party as always…. But wanted to wish you all a very merry Xmas.. thank you for being the best customers and friends…

There has been a slight change in opening hours this week. Due to illness we will not be open again until Monday… I am so sorry if this leaves anyone in a mess.. we will be back up and running Monday..
