It has been brought to my attention that there is a website using our business information including phone number and address. I am trying to dispute this and have the site taken down. We do not have an online store at present and the one that is live has no affiliation to the shop..

Please be careful… some people have no shame at all…

Good Afternoon Everyone, I do hope you are all enjoying this glorious weather and all your fur babies are coping.

Thought I would come on here to let you all know that from Tuesday 24/6/2025 to Wednesday 2/7/2025 we will only be offering local essential deliveries due to personal commitments. The shop will be open as normal 😊😊

Hi, I personally wanted to thank everyone for the continued support over the last few weeks. I would also like to thank my family and friends who have helped me keep the shop open during a very difficult time.

I am hoping to be back working more hours myself from next week.

However with circumstances changing and the increasing cost of deliveries, a service we have never charged for. I kindly ask wherever possible if you are able to come into the shop to collect I would be most grateful. We will continue to do essential deliveries, but the days and spaces will be limited.

Also the shop will be open but there will be no deliveries 26th May - 31st May

I am looking forward to seeing everyone again ☺️☺️

Hi, first of all I wanted to say sorry for not being as active on our social media in 2025 and thank you to all the loyal customers who have continued to support us…
I am hoping in the coming weeks and months I will get back in the flow of it.

But if I could make you all aware of our Easter Opening Hours

We will be open as usual Monday - Thursday
Good Friday - CLOSED
Saturday - 9.30 - 3.30
Sunday - CLOSED
Easter Monday - CLOSED

We will then open as normal from the Tuesday onwards..

Apologies for the delaying in confirming our opening hours over the festive period.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank each and everyone of our customers (2 legged and 4), many of which have become firm friends.. without your support Birstall Pet Supplies would not be here.

Just to let you know from next Monday we will have the dog treat Christmas cones on sale for the run up to Christmas…

Hampers will also be available to order between 2nd December - 14th December Our hampers are made to suit your price and your pets dietary requirements.

We do still have some chrismtas toys and treats available in the shop but they are going fast…
