On the 27th April (just one week after his 74th birthday), Alan will once again be running the London Marathon in aid of Dementia UK.

If you could help him raise his target of £500 that would be amazing. Please share his page with your friends, family and your followers on social media. It’s a condition that has touched the lives of the Fudge’s Footsteps family so once again before we closed our doors, the dogs sat proudly with the Dementia UK neckerchiefs on 🥰

Thank you for all so much for your lovely messages and the most gorgeous retirement presents ❤️

Last week felt quite surreal having all the Fudge’s Footsteps pups together for their final time and their owners helping me celebrate the end of an era.

Thank you to the owners of the Class of 2025, the painting of MY pups is amazing, thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a thoughtful gift.

I know they will go onto other careers, that’s what the graduation was all about, but they will always belong here in my (and Alan’s) heart ♥️

And so the doors close on Fudge’s Footsteps. It’s been a pleasure and an honour to have so many beautiful dogs entrusted to me over the years - 2018 seems such a long time ago, since I took that leap of faith.

So Thank You from the bottom of my heart to the owners past and present for your love and support, to my family and extended family but mainly to Alan for being by my side over these years.

Yesterday we had all of the Class of 2025 and they had a graduation party. It made my heart smile to see how of the years, whether the dogs be big or small, they love each other as family.

Maybe it’s time to turn off the alarm for 6am and enjoy my retirement.

What a lovely start to this little girl’s holiday, we are just waiting for one of her daycare friends to join us for the next couple of days 🐾🐾❤️❤️

This year for World Book Day, we followed the lead of some local playgroups/schools - the pups wore pyjamas, had cuddly toys to snuggle up to and then listened intently to a bedtime story 📖 ❤️😂❤️😂❤️

This week it’s been Speed Dating for Valentine’s at Fudge’s Footsteps doggy daycare 😂🤣❤️🥰

It was lovely seeing the boys in their dicky bows and the girls with bows in their hair 💓

Yesterday was our last day of term 🎄🎅

They’ve had Christmas lunch (doggy friendly treats) each day - chicks in blankets, along side turkey stuffing treats followed by mince pies 🎄
