Gorgeous Linnet has a had a tough time of late but has certainly landed on his feet.
He's being taken care of by lovely Connor & his equally lovely Ma, whilst his owner recovers from a serious accident.
Now, like every Spaniel, he loves mud & water and that's where I came in, to give Linnet a much needed spruce up.
We decided to keep his jacket but trim down his feathers & skirt and tidy up those Grinch feet.
What an absolute Star he was 🛀🏻🐾 ♥️

Gorgeous Rosco
After his initial puppy intro's, he's now coming to us every 8wks. Mum and Dad are doing an amazing job keeping him knot free in between grooms, which in turn means he can stay a cute ball of floof 🥰🐾

Lovely little Luna in for her 2nd puppy intro this week.
Still some wks to go before her adult coat comes through, in the meantime the family are continuing to keep her knot free with regular line brushing and we're slowly introducing her to all the sights and sounds of the salon ♥️🐾

I popped round to see the gorgeous Kip today......He's never been professionally groomed before and we thought he'd be happier in his own home.
What an absolute Star, he was amazing in the bath and brilliant with the dryer.
One thing we need to work on is his feet which he really wasn't happy about being touched.
We managed to clip his nails with him laying on the sofa and lots of cuddles from his guardian.
The family are going to work on some desensitisation and we'll try again soon.

**New Team Member**

We have a very exciting Monday morning announcement! We have a new team member joining Alex & Jodie at Ullesthorpe - Fran will be starting as of today working Monday, Tuesday and Saturday initially and then as her diary gets busier we hope to increase the days! Please join us in giving a warm welcome to her - here is a little introduction from Fran herself:

“Hello, my name is Fran and these are my 2 crazy rescue dogs Sprout & Barney.
My original plan was to set up as a home based groomer but the more time I spent at The Bearded Pooch and meeting all the other fabulous groomers, I realised I wanted to be part of that team & continue to learn and develop from the best.
I’m so looking forward to pampering the gorgeous pooches and meeting the guardians they allow to tag along 🐾😂 🐾”

3rd and final practical assessment complete.
Not gonna lie, the lovely Miss Daisy gave me a run for my money!
A few more wks of theory work and helping around the salon and I'll be ready to take on my 1st paying customers 🥂🐾🥳
