Let’s give a warm welcome to our newest member of the team here at MCA 👏🏻 (Our new walker)
With over 10 years of experience as a specialist dental nurse, Tasha brings a high level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism to everything she does.

A lifelong dog lover, she has grown up with family dogs and has been a dedicated owner to her own dog, Pablo, for the past four years. Her passion for animals, combined with her nurturing nature, makes her a natural fit for working with dogs of all temperaments.

After becoming a mum 5–6 years ago, Tasha developed even stronger skills in patience, responsibility, and understanding individual needs—qualities she now brings into her role as a dog walker.

She is committed to ensuring every dog in her care feels safe, happy, and well looked after on every walk.

Play is so important with your dog — here’s why 👇

It’s not just “fun”, it’s how your dog learns, connects, and thrives.

Play builds your bond 🤝
It teaches your dog that you’re the most rewarding thing in their world — not other dogs, not distractions, you.

It burns mental and physical energy 🧠⚡
A quick game of tug or structured play can tire your dog out more than a long walk when done right.

It teaches key skills 🎯
Impulse control, engagement, recall, confidence… all can be built through play when it’s structured with purpose.

It reduces problem behaviours 🚫
Dogs that don’t have an outlet for their energy and instincts often create their own (chewing, barking, reactivity). Play gives them a healthy release.

It builds confidence 💪
Especially for nervous or young dogs — play helps them explore, win, and feel good.

The key?
Play with intent, not just repetition. Be engaging, be unpredictable, and make yourself the best part of their day.

A well-played dog is a well-behaved dog.

Unfortunately we have sunshine 😂 and it got too hot by the end of our day- I have 3 dogs with me today who are showing signs it’s too hot- I have made owners aware we have come into shade and gotten air con blowing! 🔥 it’s not worth risking heat stroke especially in young puppies so we’ll let them rest and drop them back after a quick potty break- stay cool 😎

Hi 👋🏻 my names Bianca. I had started BBK9 now known as Meadows Canine Academy a few years ago and took a step away for many reasons. I started BBK9 to help troubled dogs and their frustrated owners to ensure longevity in their relationship. I think dogs are truly amazing and feel ever person deserves to see the possibilities a dog can offer. I am looking to get back up and running so watch this space for give aways and training tips! I’m so excited to see you all 🙏🏻☺️🥰
