Unfortunately our van broke down over a week ago and still isn't fixed. We apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused anyone.

Once the van is fixed, we will contact customers who appointments have been cancelled to get you all booked in again. If you feel that your dogs groom can't wait then I would suggest taking them to another groomer in the meantime.

We are trying our hardest to get the van back on the road ASAP but unfortunately this is out of our control.

We would like to inform our customers that due to costs rising we are having to increase our prices. We have attempted to keep them as low as possible, for as long as possible but in order for us to be able to continue our services for our lovely customers, we have to follow this route.

This will not effect any current appointments that are already booked, only future bookings (which I will discuss with you at time of rebooking). Please feel free to contact us for more info.
