Today was a special day for Bonnie as she had her first full groom! I took things slow, making sure she was calm and comfortable. To help with that I used lots of praise and tasty treats which worked great! It’s al about making positive associations, I think she’s well on her way to enjoy her grooming sessions. ❤️

The best feeling is when a dog trusts you and knows the routine. Oliver offers me his paws when blow drying him. He doesn’t particularly run in with tail wagging, it’s not his favourite pastime, but he accepts that it’s a way of life. As soon as his bath is over he’s happy and relaxed and will take a treat from me. 💙
