Something a little different this weekend. Lee has been working on 3 lodges for a customer near Harrogate, dealing with very confined spaces and long runs of pipework. This needed 150m of mains water pipe along with 18m of drainage pipe connecting into 2 manholes, before flowing into a septic tank. Ensuring all were serviceable with usable facilities. A challenging/interesting/claustrophobic job in wet weather but still carried out to our usual high standards 💪

On my one trip out today I spotted 3 of our little fleet out 'in the wild' it still blows my mind that 7 years ago we sat for hours designing and creating different designs at a laptop......and now here it is loud and proud all over Yorkshire our 'Supreme' brand 💙
It got me thinking how many people help us achieve this though and thought they deserve a shout out!

Things can sometimes seem a little daunting when you think about having to dig holes around your property, it may seem like a messy job, a lot of hassle maybe....... but within a couple of hours we can have the job done and like we've never been, leaving things fixed, tidy and working like new 👍
People are often surprised when they (kindly) bring out a cuppa to find a huge hole......then its all put back as it was when they come to collect the cups 💪

Lee was called out to an unoccupied property this week, where unfortunately the letting agent couldn't locate the stop tap.....but she did provide an umbrella 😂
In case of an emergency like this make sure you know the location of yours at home! Instantly reducing the damage caused while you wait for us to arrive, we're fast, but escaping water is faster!
Common places to find your stop tap include:
Under kitchen sinks
Beside downstairs toilets
Behind washing machines
And always keep a spare umbrella 🌂 😂
