🐶 Customer announcement🐶

I've been putting this off for a long time! For the last 3 years I have not increased my price. Due to cost of shampoo, blades, water, electricity and maintenance of my equipment increasing I'm having to review my prices. I decided not to do this at the beginning of the year as I know January is a tight month for some. So I have chosen to implement my £5.00 price increase as of 6th April the beginning of the tax year. I feel my prices are still very reasonable and hope you all understand it's not a decision that's been taken lightly.

The Christmas bows have been ordered!! I've been super busy over the last few months and had very limited appointments to offer customers who aren't on a regular schedule. Please think about booking your next couple of grooms in advance to avoid disappointment. As always my exsiting customers are my priority so I will try my best to accommodate you where I can. I will be closing from 3pm on Monday 23rd December until Monday 6th January

🪳🪳 Revised Flea Policy 🪳🪳

Please be aware as of today ALL dogs will be checked for fleas on drop off. If fleas are found on your dog, the groom will be cancelled and half the groom price will be expected to be paid. I have been very lenient and polite regarding fleas. I appreciate its part and parcel of having a dog, but I have spoken to a veterinary nurse while collecting my own dogs month flea treatments, she said fleas are rife at the moment. It's your responsibility as a dog owner to ensure your dogs are protected and checked on a regular basis.
