Renewals start next week. £20 for the year and you will get a shiny, new membership card to bring each week to sign in when you pay. We will be there for a few weeks to do renewals. 🐕🐶

**Please bring your vaccination certificates and there is a new Code of Conduct too.

Anyone taking part in the good citizens bronze award test tonight ... we are starting at 6.00. Please arrive early to fill in the paperwork. Don't forget your dogs brush and ensure your dog has the correct I.d. disc on . Good luck everyone

If you fancy a go at competing in obedience, there are a couple of fairly local shows on soon.

Newton Heath in Manchester on Sunday 13 July 2025 - Newton Heath Dog Training Club Opposite Number 66 Wickentree Lane, Failsworth, Manchester M35 9BH. This has classes beginner classes and also those for Young Kennel Club with the chance to get to YKC Crufts 2026. Entries close on 19th June.

Phoenix in Huddersfield on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July - Shelley Community Football Club, Storthes Hall Park, Storthes Hall Lane, Kirkburton, HD8 0WA. One of the classes is a Good Citizens special pre beginners with the winner qualifying to go to Crufts 2026. Entries close on Monday 23rd June. If you fancy a go at competing in obedience it’s a lovely show to go to.
