A Day in the Life of a Dog Groomer & Boarder

The sun peeks in, the day begins,
A chorus of barks, a whirlwind spins.
Tails are wagging, paws tap the floor,
Eager faces at the door.

Scissors glisten, clippers hum,
A symphony of snips to come.
Lathered suds and gentle hands,
Fluffing coats like soft, white sands.

Wagging bodies, damp but bright,
A shake, a bounce, a pure delight.
From shaggy mess to polished sheen,
A dog’s glow, fresh and clean.

Then to the boarders, cozy and warm,
Keeping them safe through sun or storm.
Walks and cuddles, playful cheer,
A home away from home right here.

Mealtime giggles, sleepy sighs,
Love reflected in their eyes.
From dawn till dusk, no moment spare,
A life of dogs, a life of care.
