ANY DOG ARRIVING IN A BADLY MATTED STATE THERE WILL NOW BE AN CHARGE EXTRA FOR DE MATTING FOR THE EXTRA TIME IT CONSUMES HOWEVER ANY SEVERE MATTING WILL BE CLIPPED OUT IN ACCORDANCE TO WELFARE LAWS FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF YOUR DOG

A NEW CANCELLATION POLICY WILL ALSO BE IN EFFECT FROM 1ST JAN. THIS APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS.

48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS. IF CANCELLATIONS ARE MADE LESS THAN THIS NOTICE PERIOD, THEN FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THAT APPOINTMENT.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS WITH NO PRIOR COMMUNICATION, WILL REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL BEFORE ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS ARE TO BE MADE.
