Hi everyone just a few things to mention....
I've had a few no shows again and haven't charged people but it is having an affect on my wage so please write down and put reminders in your phone. I will have to start at least a 20 pound missed fee going forward. I only had 3 dogs yesterday and I could of booked others in.

Also please put dogs on leads it panics me incase they run out the gate (alot dont like their groom) so once they realise where they are they ll turn and run in some cases.

Please give your dog time to go to the toilet before their apt as they can't hold it sometimes and im cleaning up poops and pees and it gets me behind esp if the dog accidentally sits or stands in it i have to wash them again.

Hi everyone im sorry I haven't had as many pictures and videos recently I'm having major issues with my phones and had to be repaired and my brand new one has been smashed now so I do apologise !! I've just sorted a spare now so should be better. Getting a little quieter with weather cooling down now so need some pups booking in

Just wanted to say I send my deepest sympathy to Archies family who lost him very recently. You are in our thoughts and he will be deeply missed here. I know he wasn't a fan of grooming but he came a long way and learnt to trust us to get him looking his best. You did all you could for him and he ll be forever protecting you peeping over the rainbow bridge ### RIP ARCHIE, HANDSOME BOY x
