Just a quick reminder if apts are cancelled short notice or you don't show up i have to charge a missed fee of 20 pounds. I have tried to be nice and understanding and not charge people deposits but then when you don't come i don't get any wages. And people then get upset i ask for 20 pounds fee. This is my income for my family. Please please take note of dates and times and just give me 48 hours notice to cancel so I can try fill the slot.
So far i have had 5 dec apts missed and i turned away customers as was full and i have had 3 in jan and we are only on the 7th.
