Hi Everyone,

🦠Just a quick update after the announcement from last week.🦠

DEFRA have now re-issued their guidelines and have now confirmed dog groomers can remain open for welfare reasons only and not for purely aesthetic. This means I will need to postpone the grooms of some dogs who would not be at risk of matting before the end of lockdown. This also includes baths, de-sheds on short-coated breeds and tidy ups.

I will be contacting all those affected by this, but if you have any questions or if you feel you cannot keep on top of your dogs coat with brushing and combing at home, please message me either on here or by text.

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I know I’ve only messaged a few of you in the last 3-4 days to rebook for the next 2 weeks, I am so sorry. I’m at a loss and feels like a roller-coaster, but this is for the best to keep you all and myself safe.

Hi Everyone, this is a BIG thank you to all of my clients, old and new. You've kept me going through what has been the worst year possible. It's affected everyone so differently, but has definitely been mentally and physically draining. The stress this year has caused nearly defeated me, but knowing I get to see your gorgeous pooches honestly kept me going. I love all your dogs as if they're my own and seeing them at their routine appointments gave me a boost. I know its been tough for everyone but you have all been so loyal and amazing and I cannot thank you enough.

I recieved so many lovely presents and cards too. Thank you so much!! ... Although some of the wine and chocolate didnt make it to Christmas 😬😂🍫🍷

Hi Everyone,

It is with great sadness that I will be closed for the foreseeable future due to the new government announcement. Dog grooming is seen as non-essential and therefore I have to cease grooming from today. I just wanted to say how sorry I am to those clients I tried getting in earlier this week, nobody knew when the lockdown would be.

I am also unfortunately going to have to cancel all appointments for the rest of the year now, as everyone will be out of sync. Therefore, I will have to contact you all once we're up and running again, which I'm assuming will be in 3 weeks time (Easter weekend). I'm starting afresh with a new diary too. I don't think I'll have enough tippex. So please, if I don't get back to you straight away, you will be on my list so please don't worry.

To all my regular clients, please I must ask to keep brushing and combing your dogs everyday. If anyone wants to ring or text for advice then please feel free to.

Thank you so much to all my gorgeous dogs and their lovely owners for spoiling me this Christmas 🎁. I have enough chocolate 🍫 & bubbles 🍾 to last me until next Christmas 🤣 and my very own Bubbly Pups mug too 💕. I'm so grateful to you all for this year and I hope you all have a great Christmas and Happy New Year! I'm back in the salon on 3rd January so I'll see some of you then 🥰🐾🐩
