We’re currently enjoying our newborn bubble and soaking up every precious moment. 🫶🏼

We’ve had an increase in missed/cancelled appointments.

👉 This used to be 50%, but now:
No shows / late cancellations = full payment before rebooking

Please note we now require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments

Missed slots impact our business & other customers waiting 💛

We’re also reviewing our text reminder system as it’s becoming very costly. We will keep you posted.

Baby News & Salon Update ✨

I’m so excited to share that I’m expecting a baby boy, due 5th May 💙
I’ll be starting maternity leave from 1st April.

Most of you have already met the lovely Nicola, who will be in the salon full time while I’m away to make sure everything continues as normal 🤍

Saturdays are our busiest days, so there may be limited availability. Some clients may be happy to move to a weekday temporarily or go an extra few weeks between appointments. Where absolutely necessary, Nicola may also be able to work a couple of later evenings to help accommodate Saturday appointments.

✨ Booking in advance is strongly advised ✨

I don’t plan on being away for long.

We were fully booked, but since he’s besties with our one and only Akamaru we went out of our way to squeeze him in before Christmas. 🎄💛
