Look who’s making an appearance after so long 👀
This little crew is my why 🤍
It’s been a quiet spell here — which means this year my sales are down 53% and new stock is patiently waiting to launch while I juggle motherhood, being a wife, and trying to renovate a house on a budget. Some days it feels frustratingly slow and if this little business has to close this year then that’s okay. But for now I remind myself why I started Piggy and Tutes.
Today made me write this post, to give me a kick up the butt. Today I’ve seen big businesses who claim they’re small, worrying over losing tens of thousands in sales, despite turning over millions a years. Which made little old me feel rubbish, because for me it’s never been about chasing millions. It’s about being able to look after my babies and of course my 4 legged friend Rue, create something I’m proud of, and feel grateful for every single order and show my appreciation for that. Because each order really does matter to me! That happy dance never stops.
So here’s to a fresh start and reminding people that small businesses really are mighty. Thank you for being here with me on this journey — your support means more than you’ll ever know 🫶✨
