⏳ Just 1 week to go until the dreaded Total Warrior! 😬

The t-shirts are ready… unfortunately, we can’t say the same for the team! 🤣

We decided to put our names on our shirts in the hope it helps our loved ones identify us more quickly when we inevitably do ourselves a mischief somewhere around the course! 😂

We can also confirm that zero training has been completed by 3 out of the 4 team members, so it’s looking like Amy will be dragging the rest of us around the course after all her warrior training! 💪🏻🏃‍♀️

On a more serious note, we are absolutely blown away by your support. We’ve nearly doubled our fundraising target, and we can’t thank everyone enough for the donations, encouragement and kind words we’ve received along the way. ❤️

As we head into the final week, this is our last little plea for donations for the wonderful dogs at Helping Yorkshire Poundies - HYPS. Every penny raised helps provide care and support for dogs in need, and no donation is too small. 🐾

Ever wondered why the underwater treadmill works so well? 👀💦

For Benji 🐾 recovering from bilateral TPLO surgery it’s been a game changer.
Here’s how it’s helped him:

🐾 Reduced weight-bearing, the water supports his body, taking pressure off healing joints
🐾 Controlled movement, a steady pace helps rebuild a natural walking pattern
🐾 Muscle strengthening, water resistance builds strength safely and evenly
🐾 Improved range of motion, encouraging gentle, full movement of the joints
🐾 Boosted confidence, helping him trust his legs again after surgery
All of this means Benji can exercise safely, without overloading his knees, exactly what he needs during recovery 💙

Why has it been so quiet at the centre this week? 🤔

Because Ashleigh has been away all week… and we’ve definitely noticed it! 🤣

She has been completing the practical training for her Level 4 Certificate 🙌🏻 After months of hard work, studying and dedication, she is now very close to becoming fully qualified!

We are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and can’t wait to see her complete the final step of her journey 👏🏻

WOW… we have absolutely smashed our fundraising target for Helping Yorkshire Poundies - HYPS and it’s all thanks to you guys! 🐾💜

We honestly can’t thank you enough for all the support, donations, shares, and kind words. It means the world to both us and these gorgeous dogs.

But why stop there? We would LOVE to double our target! The rescue’s vet bills must be through the roof getting all these beautiful babies back to full health, so we’re still shamelessly asking for donations 😅🐶

Every hydrotherapy session is carefully tailored to each dog's individual needs, goals, and abilities. Whether they're recovering from injury, managing a condition, or building strength and fitness, no two sessions are exactly the same.
We continuously assess each dog throughout their treatment, making adjustments as they progress to ensure they're getting the maximum benefit from every session.
Hydrotherapy isn't just about being in the water, it's a targeted, therapeutic exercise programme designed around your dog's wellbeing. 💜

It’s always such a brilliant day out for the whole family with amazing stalls, a fun dog show, and plenty of delicious food & drink… what’s not to love? ☀️🐕
