We are looking for information about this male cat who was found as a stray in the BD5 area of Bradford around 6 months ago. We’ve named him Roscoe, and he’s now safe in our care. He’s only a young cat, believed to be around 1-2. Not microchipped and not neutered.

Needing suggestions.
I have a couple of puppy dogs who are sometime reactive to other dogs. I do go to quiet areas but do come across other pups. It's hard to get their owners attention when they are wearing earphones or on the phone. I need a solution
