Bookings for the first July run have now closed, any bookings sent in now will have to go onto our second July run ☺️
Please ensure to pass your booking/job number to your other party, this is the booking number on your confirmation email when you booked online ☺️

All slots should now be issued for the 2nd June run, if for any reason anyone who is booked for the 2nd June run hasn’t received their slot please pm us ASAP to sort it out, we will need your job number and the mobile number please.
Please check with your other party to ensure they have their slots too and ensure you reply to your text so we know you have received one ☺️
Please check your texts and the job numbers on there before you pop us a message, please also check if your slot is PM or AM 😉
⭐️⭐️It is the responsibly of the person booking the job to tell the other party their job number, please ensure this is done as people have multiple bookings and time slots ⭐️⭐️
⚠️ Please REMEMBER you MUST!!! be in from the beginning of your time slots and you MUST!! ensure your animals are ready for travel and in a suitable travel tub/bag with your job number on before our driver arrives with you. If you are unsure how to prepare your animals please pop us a message ⚠️

CUSTOMER NOTICE

Unfortunately due to the high cost of fuel at the moment we have had to increase our Courier fee.

We are swallowing the costs for the first April Run, however going forward our price has increased by £5 with immediate effect. This is regardless as to the location.

We apologise for the inconvenience but in order to continue offering UK-wide delivery and our same great service we have no other option. Thank you for your understanding, and any questions please do get in touch.
