Best recruits Dad said that he had a lame paw & sure enough when I came to him this morning he presented it to me, so no walk and a good game of hide & seek the treat. Hopefully rest & plenty of TLC will do the trick. Rest easy this weekend Best Recruit.

The Hound Platoon welcomes 2 new female recruits, we had to hold off announcing them as had to wait for vetting as they both claimed to be formally in the Guards…
No trace of this has been found & think now we have more storytellers in the Platoon than Jackonary.
These 2 lovable characters have already impressed their old captain with thair tenacity and courage. # Girl power!

Bit upsetting to see these large items left in Shilton Dip, I thought the trampoline belonged to the farm at the rear but told no they have been dumped…. That took a massive logistic exercise to get it there either driven on the track etc, would it not have been easier to take it to the council skip??? Also a push chair full of sandwich boxes & drink cartons so a wee picnic was had before it was left on the path….

Ran into a freind on our walk this afternoon.. it was one of her wee hounds that spotted us bless her. A good catch up & everyone got on..a good end to the day.
