Should I Push This Off? 🤔

This week Martin visited lots of pets on our health plans for their vaccinations and 6 monthly health checks, including the very cuddly Robbie! 💙

Martin visited Robbie and his other pet siblings on Friday for his annual booster. Robbie had already been on Martin’s examination table for his own checks, but when Martin went to pick up one of his siblings, Robbie spotted a nice empty space on top and decided to make himself comfortable! 😸

Lying next to Martin’s laptop and label printer, Robbie looked like he was contemplating whether there was enough room for all three... or whether the printer needed to be moved! 😂🖨️

Luckily, he was soon distracted by some cuddles from Martin before it was time to examine his sibling. 🐾

Thank you for trusting us

We wanted to take a moment to thank the families who have taken the time to send us cards and kind messages after we have cared for their pets during their final moments.

Being invited into your home at such a personal and emotional time is a privilege that we never take for granted. We know how much trust that takes, and we are grateful to be able to help and support families and pets through those difficult moments with compassion and care.

Receiving your cards and messages means more to us than we can ever put into words. Knowing that we helped make such a difficult and emotional day a little more peaceful in the comfort of your home is why we do what we do.

So, to everyone who has trusted us to care for you and your pets, thank you. Your kindness, support and thoughtful words mean the world to both of us. And we are always here afterwards if you need someone to talk to as well.

🩺 Looking for the Answers!

Over the weekend, Martin went to visit two new patients for their annual vaccinations and to welcome them onto our Advance Health Plans 🏡💙

Although they were siblings, they could not have been more different! One preferred to watch from a distance, while the other wanted to investigate absolutely everything Martin had brought with him 😸

After both cats had their health checks, vaccinations and a quick weigh-in, Martin packed away his scales and had a chat with their owners.

That was the perfect opportunity for one very curious kitty to inspect Martin's suitcase! 🧳👀

She climbed up, settled herself beside Martin's veterinary books and seemed completely fascinated by what was inside. We are not sure whether she was checking Martin's work... or simply trying to become the smartest cat in the room! 🤓📚🐾

That's a Lot of Leaflets! 📦

Over the last few weeks, Maddie has been busy designing and creating a brand new Zoomies leaflet 🎨✏️

When your pet is unwell, injured, uncomfortable, or may need help crossing the rainbow bridge 🌈, searching online and calling different practices to find out who is open, who offers home visits, and who can help can be stressful and time-consuming.

This is why we created this leaflet, so that if you ever need us, our details are already close to hand 🏡

A stack of boxes may not look like much (even if they nearly touch the ceiling! 😅), but this week over 14,000 homes will receive one of our leaflets 📬

If one lands through your letterbox and you would like to know more about our services, Maddie will be happy to answer any questions, even if you do not need a us right away 😊💙🐾

🐶 Waggy Tails and Vaccines!

Today Martin went to visit four very waggy-tailed Spaniels for the first of their two vaccinations

The girls were all very excited to see Martin and could not wait to hop onto their examination chair, which is usually where they sit to have their teeth cleaned 😊

One of the girls even brought along her favourite broccoli toy, which she proudly carried around for part of the visit 🥦

Once all four vaccinations were finished, it was time for the moment they had all been waiting for... Martin's treat bag! ✨

Spaniels having an excellent sense of smell quickly realised exactly what was hiding inside. The result was four very excited dogs and a lot of blurry wagging tails! 😂🐾

Martin will be back to see all four ladies again in a few weeks' time for their second vaccinations 💙

Green, Yellow and Blue - 3 Puppies for Vaccine No. 2! 💚💛💙

Today Martin went to visit three brothers for their second vaccinations 🏡🐶

All three were very happy to see Martin again and did not seem too bothered about the vaccination part of the visit 🩺✨

Instead, they were far more interested in Martin's bag... especially the treat bag! 🦴👀

The puppies could not take their eyes off the mysterious crinkly sounds coming from inside. Once they discovered there were treats in there, they were even more determined to investigate! 😂

Safe to say the treats were a big hit, and the puppies kept Martin entertained right up until it was time for him to leave 🐾

Happy Birthday Maddie!!!🎉

To Martin`s Mrs who always keeps everything organised and running smoothly at Zoomies, today we celebrate Maddie`s last birthday in her 20`s - it’s a big one next year!🎈

Not quite a new family pet but a cute floating dinosaur balloon with legs is a great way to start the day! (Not sure if Martin secretly bought it for himself though😁!!!)
