Most of my customers book week to week but I do have a couple of dogs who are walked on the same days and at roughly the same times every week.

These dogs seem to know when I’m coming! They’ll be sitting watching out the window, waiting for me to arrive. But how do they know?!

Well, a dog’s nose is so sensitive that it can detect changes in scent throughout the day - and that’s often how they “know” what time it is!

Their noses never fail to impress me! 🐶

🐾 Dog Friendly Spotlight 🐾

I stopped by The Barista Coffee House in Jordanstown and was so pleased to see they’re dog friendly! The staff were really welcoming to both people and pups ❤️

Dogs are allowed inside the café, with water and biscuits available 🦴🐶

The walk along Loughshore is beautiful and if you want a longer walk you can walk to Hazelbank.

Definitely one to add to your dog-friendly list!

To celebrate my recent qualification as an instructor with United Canine Scent Sport 🥳 "Scent Detection Saturdays" are here for summer 🥳

This super Saturday club will operate on a PAYG basis on Saturday evenings, starting this Saturday 25th April at 6pm.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, scent detection is a brilliant way to build confidence, boost teamwork and helps keep brains and bodies fit and healthy, all in a small group environment with like-minded people!

Spicy Scentwork, our reactive dog friendly class, is available on Saturdays at 7pm for dogs and owners that prefer a bit more space while they learn! 💪
