This week we celebrate 9 years of our salon being open and what a 9 years it has been! 🎉

To our customers old and new we can’t thank you enough for your continued love, trust and support. We love that we get to be just a little part of your precious dogs lives and send them out of our shop door looking beautiful for all the world to see 😍

Thank you to everyone who voted for us in the Knaresborough Business Collective awards.

We won Highly Commended in Best Customer Service and are incredibly proud to win this award. The theme was ‘under the sea’ and my son Jonny won best dressed male. Even Poppy dressed up and the team all looked fabulous 🤩🪼🤩🪼

To our team in the salon Rosie, Laura, Megan, Ellen, Chris and Paul .. you are an amazing team and work so hard to ensure all fur babies are cared for, loved and pampered at our salon.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you are still getting your dog groomed in these ever increasing temperatures! Your dogs need some fur off them to help regulate themselves. We have safety measures in place at the salon to ensure your dog stays cool whilst here. Call or text the salon on 07512109295 and give them some relief from this heat ☀️ 🐾

☀️🐾 HOT WEATHER GROOMING NOTICE 🐾☀️

With the temperatures rising, the comfort and safety of every dog in our care remains our top priority.

To help keep dogs cool and comfortable during their appointments, we have put several measures in place, including:
🐾 Fans running throughout the salon
🐾 Fresh drinking water available at all times
🐾 Regular comfort and water breaks
🐾 Heat turned down on the dryers
🐾 Prioritising dogs’ wellbeing throughout the grooming process

For collections and drop-offs, we kindly ask owners to pull up outside the salon if possible and arrive promptly for collection. This helps reduce the amount of time dogs spend outside in the heat.

We completely understand that some owners may have concerns about shorter grooming styles. However, for many dogs, maintaining a well-groomed, manageable coat can help them stay cleaner, more comfortable, and cope better during hot weather. Every dog’s coat and needs are different, and we’re always happy to discuss the best option for your pet.
