Currently only registered veterinarians are legally allowed to undertake artificial insemination of dogs. We want the Government to allow lay people to undertake this procedure, having completed a Government-sanctioned course and been certified.

Scan update
I scanned this Jack Russell a few weeks ago only seeing a singleton puppy and a single puppy was born naturally and safety.

Scan update
I scanned this Scotty at what the breeder thought was 32 days but by measuring the sacs it turned out to be 28 days and I could only see 2 sacs she asked for a rescan in 6 days time which I did and found 4 sacs and could only see them on one side. She had to have a C-section and all 4 pups were in one horn

Early morning call today at 3.40 to assist with whelping a litter. The breeder kept me updated with progress of stage one last night.
All services carried out by me from cytology, AI for the 1st mating, mate assist for the 2nd mating, ultrasound scan and finally whelping assistance all 7 puppies delivered safely

Scanned this lab and saw 6 she had a couple more hiding as had 8 today estimated due date was tomorrow so not to far out with the date 🐾🐾🐾🐾

I had the pleasure of popping out to see these new arrivals today to scan Mum and make sure she had finished. No more pups seen today both numbers and delivery due date were spot on when I scanned her at 5 weeks
