🎉 CELEBRATING 25 YEARS OF DEDICATION! 🎉
Katrina joined Trilanco back in 2001, starting her journey on reception at our Bracewell Avenue site. After 8 months, she moved into what was then the internal sales team. When Trilanco relocated to Mill Farm, the team evolved into customer services - and Katrina has been at the heart of it ever since.

Over her 25 years, Katrina has witnessed incredible changes as Trilanco has grown from strength to strength - and we're still growing! She's become one of our most recognisable voices, speaking with customers every single day to help with enquiries, process orders, and solve any challenges that come her way.
There's never a dull moment with Katrina - she tells a great story and always brings energy and warmth to the team! A fantastic and much-loved member of the Trilanco customer service family.
Here's to 25 amazing years, Katrina! Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and for being such an integral part of Trilanco's success.

Meet the Team behind the scenes at Trilanco…

Tony Caine joined Trilanco way back in 1997 as a warehouse operative and has truly worked his way up through the business. From Warehouse Manager to Purchase Manager, Tony has now found his perfect role as Replenishment Manager - a position where his years of experience really shine through.

Tony is responsible for the day-to-day replenishment of all stock items at Trilanco, ensuring our shelves are always ready to meet customer demand. He organises all the paperwork for imported shipments, including liaising with freight forwarders and managing customs clearance. Tony also works closely with our internal teams - from Customer Services and Accounts to Goods In and the Senior Management team - making sure everything runs smoothly across the board.

Tony's family includes his long-term partner of over 26 years, Michelle (who many of you will know as she also works for Trilanco!), and their 15-year-old son, Jack. And let's not forget Doug the Beagle, who completes the family unit!

As a typical Yorkshire lad, Tony supports Leeds United (for his sins!) and loves attending scooter rallies with fellow enthusiasts. He's also a huge fan of Northern Soul music - you might catch him at a soul night when he's not at a rally!

Here's an interesting fact about Tony - he actually owns over 60 pairs of Adidas trainers! That's quite the collection!

Tony is Trilanco through and through and is very much part of the furniture. His decades of dedication and knowledge make him an invaluable member of the team, and there's very little about stock management that Tony doesn't know!
