Good morning doggie parents ☺️ I am now fully booked until September. I have managed to fit some extra grooms into my days off and after work but I have now run out of those too. There are currently 25 people on the waiting list for a cancellation in June and July. So… If for any reason you need to cancel an appointment please let me know as soon as possible so that the place can be given to someone else. Thank you 🥰

Ok we are up and running with the new system yay! Booking links have all been changed so feel free to go ahead and book online. The book now buttons on my FB page and website will now take you to the new site. You need to register so that it remembers you and you don’t need to put details in every time you book 🙂 Any problems, let me know 🥰

**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**

Hi everyone 💛

I just wanted to give you all a little notice that as of 6th April, there will be a £5 increase across all services.

I haven’t raised my prices in the last 3 years, and during that time I’ve done my best to absorb the increasing costs of products, utilities and general overheads. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable, and I now need to bring my prices in line with both rising costs and the current market.

This wasn’t an easy decision to make, especially with the cost of living being so challenging at the moment. I truly understand that times are tough for many people, and if anyone feels they need to cancel or adjust future appointments, I completely understand — please don’t feel awkward about reaching out.

I’m so grateful for each and every one of you and for your continued support of my small business. It really does mean the world to me 🤍

**Online booking update** - Good morning everyone. As many of you will know, we are in the process of changing over to a new system that will improve the online booking experience (and support my dire admin skills 🤣). We are nearly ready to switch to the new system so from today, the old booking system will be shut down to prevent any new appointments entering this system and being missed. If you would like to book an appointment contact me directly on 07711867377. The new system will be put in place in a couple of days after I have completed testing. Nothing will change in terms of how you access the online booking. It will still be the book now button on both my page and website (I will simply change the link behind the button)

Happy new year everyone 🙂 Quick update. Still in the process of changing booking system, it’s more complicated than anticipated. Just wanted to let you know that you will receive your scheduled appointments as soon as possible (if you have indicated you would like to be on a schedule). The schedules have to be done in the new system. As I mentioned in my post before Christmas we are fully booked until beginning of March so if you need an appointment before then let me know and I will add you to the cancellation list

Good morning doggie parents 😄 - PLEASE READ THIS FULL POST - It’s getting busier and busier at The Paw Pad and we’re no longer going to be able to guarantee your regular next appointment if you wait until you are at the salon to book your next one. Right now I’m booked up until mid February and have a big list of people waiting for a cancellation appointment. As such i encourage all regulars to go on a 6/8 week schedule depending on your dogs needs so that you have secured your appointments for the year. If you would like to go on a schedule for next year please private message me with the full name of your dog including surname, your preference of 6 or 8 weeks (or however many weeks you would like), plus any preferred days and times such as am/pm or after hours 6pm appointments. I will collate and schedule these over the Christmas period.

Good morning everyone 😁 - The Paw Pad is now closed until 15th September for holiday. I won’t have access to email or my text during that time so if you need to book an appointment you can do that from my website or the book now button on this FB page. If you need to amend an existing appointment, send me a text or a voicemail and I’ll change them when I return. Please be aware there are now no appointments available until the end of October. There are currently 12 people on the waiting list for a cancellation. If you have not booked your next few appointments including your Christmas one, please do it now or you may miss out 😞

To avoid disappointment or a long wait for an appointment, it’s best to book online and book your next few appointments as soon as you can.
