🐴 Customer Announcement🐴
Due to the company’s growth As of the 1st April I have had no choice but to become VAT registered, this means that all prices will be plus VAT.
There has been a huge increase in cost of materials of late, however I understand that becoming vat registered will mean a 20% price increase so for now I’m going to absorb the increase in materials as much as I can.
This has not been an easy decision to make but to secure the company’s future it is the only option. If you’re unsure what this means in terms of pricing, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will explain the updated price list and answer any questions.
I’d like to thank you all for your continued custom and hope to keep seeing you in 2023

So the price going forward will be;
Full set £90+vat = £108
Fronts & trim hinds £62.50+vat=£75
Trim- £30+vat = £36
Stud holes and road nails each £1.25+vat=£1.50
Pads/bar shoes and remedial shoeing will be discussed pre fitting

🐴🐴 customer announcement 🐴🐴
Unfortunately I’ve put this post off for some time now, but I have only been able to do so for so long.
Due to the current rising costs of materials it’s been taken out of my hands so to allow me to continue to provide the best service possible I will be increasing my charges by £5 taken in effect from October 1st.
Whilst I hate having to do this I haven’t had a price increase for over 2 years and I pride myself on providing the best service possible to all my customers.
Thank you for your continued custom and I hope you all understand this difficult decision

A stern reminder to us all about how dangerous the job and horses can be in general! We all (myself included) become complacent dealing with them! It’s certainly a hard enough job as it is without the element of Risk such as this!
Big get well soon to dec!
Stay safe people!

**client announcement**
Whilst I appreciate I have remained silent for a few weeks regarding the devastation caused by the viral outbreak, I wanted to wait until we had been issued further government guidance.
I shall be continuing to work conforming to advice given by the government and my regulating bodies regarding farriery and foot care treatment.

I shall be conforming to strict procedures that enable the essential work to be undertaken on a daily basis until further advice has been given.

I appreciate it is a difficult time for all of us, but please please do inform me prior to your appointment if you have been in contact or have reason to believe you could be suffering from the virus. It isn’t a problem to change appointment.

If you cannot attend your shoeing appointment due to ill health I would ask if you could either re arrange or have a responsible person to oversee the shoeing appointment.

Payment is as the norm, card machine, cash, or if paid in front of me on the day or prior I will be accepting bacs for a short period, but it will have to be paid at the time of shoeing... NO exceptions.

In this current Crisis I would like all of us to stick together and pull through as a nation!

If you have any questions regarding foot care treatment or anything I can be of help with please don’t hesitate to contact me!

Stay safe

Kind regards

Tim
