Hi all bit late but hope you all had a lovely Christmas!🐾 🎄and wishing you all a very Happy new year!🥂🎉 thankyou to you all as always for using my sevices and continuing to support my business 💕🐾 as some of you know I am currently studying towards a degree in art for the next 3 years so have been very busy keeping up with everything so apologies if I have taken a while to get back to any of you, and I'm only working certain days to fit around uni so spaces at times may be limited, im not taking in new clients atm so I can still get my regulars in but please note it may be booked up at times as alot of you prebook your next appointments 😉 below is just few pictures I managed to take over the Xmas rush, hope you enjoy the rest of the Christmas break much love your groomer francesca 🐾❤

**Hi all so in light of the recent stricter lockdown announcements im only able to do welfare grooms for a while so I will only be open the odd day to do those in need, luckily most of you were done just before christmas so will be ok for now, those of you currently booked in over the next couple of weeks that I haven't yet spoken to I will be contacting you individually in the coming days to assess each dogs situation and will go from there, as we don't know for sure how long this lockdown and stay at home order is going to go on for I will be keeping an eye on the updates weekly and will contact people as and when I need to. **Please remember to keep to the current drop off in place wear a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided and make sure you take all leads collars etc back with you. , and please remember **if you or a household member has the virus you MUST stay at home and rebook your appointment you must not bring your dog or get some someone else to bring it for you your dog will need to stay at home with you. same applies if you have been contacted by the app and told to self isolate or if your child is sent home from school after being in contact with someone who has the virus, and in the event that you are feeling unwell no matter how small you must rebook please try and give me at least 48hours notice if you can't make your appointment., keep well and safe everyone❤, I hope the numbers start to reduce soon so we can get back to some sort of normality soon🤞, on a more positive note who is going to watch the new grooming programme pooch perfect on tonight bbc at 8!? Hopefully it will be a good insight to how hard our job can be and that's not just cuddling puppies all day 😊🐾 as ever if anyone needs my advice on maintance please just pop me a message. Some more Xmas doggies ready for santa paws ❤🎄😊im now closed for the holidays i was going to be back to work from the 5th but now with the teir 4 coming into affect Its likely it will be welfare grooms again so i may have to move some of you around depending how long this lockdown is for but I will worry about that later, for now I want to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year I hope you can all have a lovely Christmas and make the most of what you can in these uncharted circumstances, thankyou all for your continued support and custom and thankyou very much from those of you that gave Xmas tips im truly gratefull❤🎄, look forward to seeing you all in 2021 keep well and safe ❤🐾🐶🐕🐩

*Covid lockdown update* hi everyone sorry for the delay it has been a complete nightmare the last few days with so much confusing and conflicting advice going around my stress levels have been going overboard and my brain is now frazzled!! 🙈, anyway we can be open but only to do welfare issues as our council also said. so as there shouldn't be to many of you needing that I will be closed fully next week and then I will be open on certain days to book in the ones that genuinely need it for welfare reasons, such as coats starting to matt overgrown nails near pads, hair affecting vision etc, luckily this is only a short lockdown and alot of you have you have been going shorter or won't be at that stage yet so will be able to continue maintaining at home😊, i know some groomers have chosen to stay fully open and groom normally but that is there interpretation on what we've been told but I would rather not encourage people to be traveling unnessisarly and for you all to keep safe,at least this time we can open to do some! i will be in contact next week with those of you that are currently booked in this month to sort out rebooking and those that need welfare grooms, and for now those with appointments already booked in from December the 3rd will still stand with christmas bandanas at the ready! 🙂🎄lets hope we can enjoy December and get into the festive spirt! 🤞🐾🎅 please no inboxes over the next couple of days my brain needs to rest before I start rebooking etc thankyou all ❤🐾

Hi all I'm still waiting for an update as to where groomers stand but it is increasingly looking like we are likely to have to close again as we are still deemed as non essential😪, but the details of the lockdown are still to be released once it has gone through parliament tomrrow hopefully we will then get the right information we need as to whether we need to close or not i have my fingers crossed there may be some differences this time that allow us to continue but we will have to wait and see what tomrrow brings as you can imagine this is a very stressful time for us so please do bare with me If we have to close it is going to completely muck up the diary and it will take time to figure out the best plan of action so please be patient, thakyou all will update you all tomrrow when I hopefully know the outcome 😬🤞🐾

Hi all so I've had a fair few messages last night and today asking me if I will still be able to groom their dogs due to the upcoming lockdown, im hoping i may be able to continue this time but at present It is not clear where groomers currently stand as not all the details have been released yet and the lockdown is slightly different this time so I'm as much in the dark as you all about it at the moment and it still has to go through parliament, so please bare with me as soon as I have clarity and clearer details as to what I need to do I will of course let you all know thankyou 🐾 ###
