Hi All,
As many of you are already aware we are closing our Kinmel Bay shop at the end of the month. This decision has not been easy, but as 90% of our wonderful Kinmel Bay shop customers have taken advantage of my same day delivery service and online store; we’ve noticed that the foot fall in the shop isn’t enough to cover the bills. As all of the online and phone orders for same day delivery are run from my Llandudno shop by myself. It just doesn’t make sense with the cost of electric and rent to keep two shops open when all the delivery service and online service is operating from Llandudno .
I am currently moving into a bigger premises in Llandudno to enable us to bring more raw food brands and natural treats to beautiful North Wales 🏴I will still be offering free same day delivery to LL 16,17,18,19,22,28,29,30,31,32,33,34 with more postal areas to be added in the coming months . With the arrival of another van to help with the free same day delivery service we offer. All orders placed before 5pm will be with you the same evening between 5.30-8.30

Dog Grooming -
Myself and Gee have between us gone back and forth with ideas of how to keep the amazing customers we have built through the grooming side of the business. However with the rent being too high to continue at the Kinmel bay shop it’s just not a option for the premises to be functional as just a solo groomers. Gee and myself have also talked about Gee coming to Llandudno, but we didn’t want to lose the grooming customers we have built in Kinmel bay. Gee has always dreamed of running her own Dog Grooming business so this is the perfect opportunity for her, we will be supporting each other’s businesses as Gee has done amazing in Kinmel bay working under UTA and will always be supported by myself and all the customers from Kinmel bay. I want everyone to know they don’t need to look for a new Groomers as Gee has found her own Doggy Salon in Abergele. Gee will be working in Kinmel Bay till the end of the month then at her new salon in Abergele there after. Anyone wanting to book in can still book in , I will post her new page , Facebook, her Instagram and contact number on a post promoting her new little business x
