We brought Teddy to Oakwood after his owners didn’t want to pay for treatment for a poorly leg and decided they would just euthanise him… which obviously we couldn’t let happen! We knew Teddy just over a year before this and he was nothing but a lovely big puppy! Always greeted us with a big kiss and excited to get into the car 🥹 such a lovely boy who’s just had a really rough start to life 😞 please share and send to anyone who you know that might be able to give Teddy his forever home that he so deserves, he just wants love, stability and a lot of toys! 🧡
This handsome young man is Teddy.
Teddy was adopted 3 and a half weeks ago and will be returned to the rescue on Monday.
Teddy’s world is going to fall apart, and sadly not for the first time. Before Teddy arrived at Oakwood, he’d already had at least 3 homes before finding himself at the vets due to be euthanised as those owners didn’t want to pay for any medicine for a poorly leg. All he needed was a week of pain meds and rest 💔
Please like, share, comment on this post, we need to boost Teddy’s posts as he still hasn’t had a single application come in for him.
Let’s all work together to find this boy his forever home 🤞🙌
Teddy can not live with dogs or cats. We do have dogs in our care that can.
He could live with kids 14+ so long as they are confident around large, boisterous dogs. He does accidentally get a hold of of your fingers sometimes when playing, completely innocent and he doesn’t realise he does it but it can leave a good mark behind.
Fencing - Teddy needs a minimum of a 6ft perimeter
We will post the link to his profile in the comments and the application form will also be at the bottom of his page 🤞
