👶🏼 Maternity Update 👶🏼

I wish this post was announcing my return to work, but unfortunately I’m needing to further delay booking in any dogs due to an injury to my wrist (made worse by the fact that I’m constantly needing to pick up and carry an ever-growing baby). I’m currently seeking treatment after getting some diagnostic scans, but I wanted to make an update as I know many of you are patiently waiting for me to open my diary again.
If your dog is absolutely desperate for a groom, it may be best to book elsewhere in the meantime until I have a better idea when I’ll be cleared to work. I apologise again about the wait, but I need to make sure I can rehab this injury and safely groom without pain before I can book anything else in.

👶🏼 Maternity Update 👶🏼

Thank you all for your patience while we soak up all these newborn cuddles and try our best to be flexible with baby Sully’s ever-changing routine. As I’m currently exclusively breastfeeding on demand, I’m still unable to start booking dogs in as our schedule is too unpredictable and little man still needs his mama pretty much 24/7. Hoping to start slowly returning to work in the next few weeks, and likely booking appointments with a bit of flexibility in case I’m needing to pop dogs down for a few minutes to feed my boy.

I so appreciate all the support and love that’s been sent our way, I’ll keep everyone updated as soon as I’m ready to start getting your pooches back in for their grooms. 🐶 🛁 ✂️ 🐩

Thank you all for your continued well-wishes, support and encouragement. Feeling truly blessed to have the best clients who know I’ll always care for their babies, and who are now giving me much-needed time to care for my baby! I just wanted to give the exciting update, as you’ve all been with me the entire ride.

This weekend wraps up my last days in the salon as we prepare for our little man to arrive. Could be any day now! Thank you all for your continued support, encouragement, flexibility and well-wishes. With no exact set return date in place yet, I appreciate your patience in waiting to hear from me as to when your precious pooches can begin rebooking. I’m always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have in the meantime, but I may not reply straight away as I won’t be checking my work messages as often while me, baby and family get all settled.

Stay tuned for baby updates and eventual plans to return to the salon. I’ll miss your pups, but I promise I’ll be back to pampering them as soon as we’ve had our fill of newborn snuggles!

I hope everyone made the most of the holiday season! Here’s to 2025! 🥂 🎉

I’m still managing to work around this growing baby bump so far and doing my best to get as many pooches in before I go on maternity leave. Thank you to all who have been flexible as I’ve had to juggle things around for midwife appts, dr’s visits and such. Please get in touch asap if you’re wanting to try to get in within the next couple weeks or feel free to message if you have any questions on concerns.
